Hi, I’m Catalina Golia
Strategic Headhunter, University Professor, and Speaker.
After more than 20 years of experience in HR consulting, in 2014 I decided to put my fears aside and pursue my dream of becoming an entrepreneur, creating my own brand: CG Consulting.
I identified an opportunity in the market. Many consulting firms talked about close client relationships and becoming business partners, but I wanted to take this concept one step further. I wanted to create a specialist boutique consultancy where every client would receive genuinely personal, human, and strategic support.
That same year, I also began working as a speaker and Associate Professor at La Salle’s School of Engineering, where I discovered my passion for teaching. In 2018, I embarked on a new academic project as an Associate Professor at UIC’s Faculty of Business Administration and Management.
What does this combination of headhunter and professor bring? It enables me to understand TALENT in all its dimensions—from those who develop it to those who lead it. It also gives me a deep understanding of the market, allowing me to anticipate emerging talent .trends.
